We don't collect information about your credit/debit card details. All payments are securely processed and completed using PayPal, unless paid by credit card via the phone.

Returns Policy
At Ometek Glass Pty. Ltd we are committed to excellence in service. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of this commitment.
If you believe an item is faulty it can be returned to us for assessment and will be replaced
if found to be faulty.
If within 30 days of receipt, for some reason the purchased pet door does not meet your requirements, we can be contacted to discuss the issue, and if necessary an alternative pet door supplied, or a refund given.
All products come with a minimum 12 month warranty.
